Easy-to-Try Recipes for Avocado Lovers



Avocados are basic ingredients that can be used to prepare savory and sweet dishes. Here are some easy avocado recipes that anyone can make at home.

Avocados are a versatile ingredient that can be used in many dishes. In addition to its great taste, it also has several health benefits as it is packed with nutrients including vitamins B-6, C, E, and K.

Avocado and Garlic Toasts

A television personality, Al Roker himself is a huge fan of avocados, especially on toast. Keeping it simple, he shares how he makes avocado toast. Its ingredients include:

  • Whole wheat bread
  • Olive oil
  • ½ garlic clove
  • red pepper flakes
  • Sea salt
  • Micro arugula leaves

First, Roker sprinkles a slice of whole wheat bread with olive oil and rubs it with ½ clove of garlic on both sides. Then, Roker takes ½ avocado and spread it on the toast with a fork.

He then sprinkles with red pepper flakes and sea salt before adding micro-arugula. To top it off, sprinkle it with a little olive oil before consuming the delicious meal.

Self-proclaimed “Avocado Addict” Chef Adam Richman shared one of his quick and easy snacks, Baked Eggs and Avocado. Its ingredients include:

  • 1 avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • 2 whole eggs
  • salt
  • Lime zest (for serving)

First, Richman cuts the avocado in half, removing the pit. To keep it upright during cooking, he places half of the avocado in a circular aluminum foil.

Second, he brushes the avocado with olive oil and breaks the egg in the center. To season, sprinkle with salt and paprika before grilling for five minutes. Before serving, the dish should be garnished with lime zest.

Avocados and Dungeness Crab are California staples, but for this particular dish, the shrimp, chicken, or tuna salad can be substituted with crab. Grilled Avocado with Dungeness Crab Salad The ingredients of the Dungeness Crab Salad are:

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 lemons, squeezed
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped tarragon
  • 8 ounces of Dungeness crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Creamy avocado pasta is an interesting twist on pasta making, but it’s sure to hit the nail on the head. The ingredients needed for this recipe include:

  • 10 ounces of pasta
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup sliced ​​red onions
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin oil
  • Basil
  • salt
  • Pepper

Avocados are a great exchange for potatoes when making French fries. Avocado fries with coriander cream are quite easy to prepare with the necessary ingredients:

  • 1 whole avocado, cut and peeled into potato wedges
  • 1 tablespoon of piquin piquin
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 limes, halved
  • ½ tablespoon of kosher salt
  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 2 cups of cilantro (with stems)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ peeled avocado
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise

First, for the fries, mix the avocado wedges in the rice flour and fry them in vegetable oil (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for five minutes.
